Without written agreements to the contrary, if she lost a bundle she may sue you for secretly obtaining access to her password and trading her account. (That may be difficult to prove if all transactions were on-line.) If you made a bundle the acount and profits are hers and the taxes are her responsibility. She owes you nothing.
Stay out of trouble and do not do that again.

How can any one help you when you deny in your first post what you admit to in the second. Get your story straight and go see an attorney!

The story keeps changing.
I wanted to know how much stock the writer needed to trade for his girlfriend.
And if the trade was worth it.
