What is the name of your state? Georgia

I want to write a comedic book covering a particular "stereotype" in the U.S. I searched the USPTO and found that comedian Jeff Foxworthy has several registrations for the phrase " You May Be a Redneck If ...." l plan to use a variation of this phrase for the basis of this book .... example:
" If You have green fingernails, .......... You may be a plumber"
......... Would this witticism infringe on Mr. Foxworthy's trademark?
........................ Thanks, Mark
