I have a candle company by the name of creative illuminations and today I received a letter from a law firm informing me that they have a client with a trademark on the word illuminations in the sale of candles and that they would like us to cease the use of our name. what can we do?

unfortunately that lawyer is right because the names are similar and the product is similar and there is a possibility of confusion to the consumer.
