What is the name of your state? TX

Does anyone know of a reputable company that can handle the trademark process? I was told by the PTO (Fed & state) that there is a HIGH rejection rate for folks that DON'T use an attorney. So we were thinking of using one of those services that handle trademarks all day long.... any experience with them out there?

"Interview" the attorneys, check to see how many trademark cases they handle, ask people you know who have had trademark work done - all of these can help you determine which trademark attorney will be the best one for your situation.
