I have a new product on the market that does the same thing for women that Viagra does for men. I know I can't use the word Viagra in my advertisements. My question is can I imply about the word Viagra. Here's what I would like to use in my ads: (Since the introduction of erectile dysfuntion drugs women have been asking where's mine?) I think that's implying.

Thanks,
Tom

Get real leagal advice, but as a non-expert you're not using their terms and may be okay from a trademark perspective BUT from an FDA perspective, that's a whole other issue.
