Traffic fine

California. I am 2 days late on my traffic fine. I only have 2 payments left. What will the court do to me for being late with my payment? I am paying it tomorrow. I totally spaced off paying it until about 5:30 this evening.

No one can say what the court WILL do. They MIGHT suspend your license for non-payment, and there is even the very slight chance that a warrant for your arrest might issue. I suspect, however, that of you pay in person and get a receipt that you will be clear. I doubt the court will be that issue to punish you for being 2 days late.
