Traffic Ticket Question

Hi, I recently received a ticket for failure to comply with a stop sign, however I noticed the officer neglected to sign the ticket. I've heard this is enough to invalidate the ticket. Is this true? I live in New York.

Bring the ticket to court and the officer will gladly sign it.

which is why you don't show it to him or tell him. I'd talk to a lawyer who will get money for helping you. He might have a few more suggestions than HomeGuru.
