Traffic Ticket

I wasn't sure if this is where to post this. I'm in Texas and I received a speeding ticket. Now, I know that I can get it dismissed by taking defencive Driving but can I get it dismissed on a technicality? My last name is middle eastern so they marked me as white, however, that's my married name. I'm actually hispanic.
