I have two separate failure to appear notices in the mail, after filing motions to verify the compliant in both of the same cases. i did indeed appear at both dates and filed those motions.. i have the proof..what do i do now?

My response:

Pious, I have no idea what you may have done wrong. I have used that motion successfully, along with many other people. Something went very wrong for you - - obviously. On the dates of the hearings on the motions, did the court or the clerk give you new dates to appear in court? Call the court clerk to find out the reasoning for their notices to you in the face of the fact that you did appear, and have the proof.

Let me know what the clerk says.
