What is the name of your state? Fl.
I am representing myself at traffic jury trial and would like to know if I have to give notice of my evidence to the prosecutor? Is their any reason I should not Rep. myself in a stop sign violation. The sign was on the far side of the intersection and I would have stopped in the middle of the intersection but did stop 25ft from it.

Giving notice of your evidence in a trial to the prosecution is called DISCOVERY. Likewise, you have the right to Discovery as well (the time varies tho as to when they have to let you know, so check that out).
