A mobile home park is whatever it is.

That means, are you asking a tax question?

A subdivision question?

A zoning question?

It might be defined differently in all three areas.

Give us more info.

I know that Fla. Statutes dictate the number of MH's on a piece of property to determine whether it is trailer/MH park.

Perhaps so does PA statutes.

Have you tried to Google the question?
