My boss told me i had to go for training or i will get fired,he knows i have another job that i work on wednesday and thursdays i sent him an email telling him i might lose my other job he said he does not care,but hin the past he has givening other employees time off because their other job,what should i do.

Either go to the training or look for another job---real simple.

They always gave me wednesday and thursday off for the last 6 months,can i tell them i will go under protest.

why? Is that even if i show up to training,i know there will be a few employees not going to training,is there favrotism on the managers part.

We have no way of knowing if it is favoritism or not. But even if it is, favoritism per se is not illegal.

The bottom line is that unless they have decided to refuse to let you off the training BECAUSE OF your race, religion, national origin etc., they may legally require you to attend the training regardless of your other job and they may legally fire you if you refuse. This is regardless of what they have done for other employees. Maybe they are sick of employees begging off and have decided to draw a line in the sand. Maybe for some reason this training is more important. Maybe you need the training more than the other employees did. But your options are to attend the training or be prepared to be disciplined up to and including termination.
