Trans Union Crdit Reporting

What is the name of your state? michigan

It's my understanding that outside vendors do the reporting to the credit bureau. Can Trans Union refuse to give me the vendor name and contact information? There is a negative item on report that was removed by Experian and Equifax but TransUnion refuses to remove this item.

Some context will help. Is this negative item being reported inaccurately? Why did EFX and XPN delete? What is the nature of the item being reported?
