What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Minnesota

I purchased a home two years ago via a contract for deed. I am looking to transfer my interest in the contract for deed to another individual...ie..they take over all the terms set forth when we closed on the home. My seller did not check the box on the form prohibiting this. I am having trouble finding a form or how to proceed with this. I found a form for "assignment of contract for deed" however i believe that is only to be used when the seller (owner) transfers the holding of the C4D to another party.
