I hope i do not become homeless by asking this-
My mother & sister & I purchased a house in Az in 1994.
but my name was not on the mortgage. I was not working and had bad credit so it was better to leave my name of the loan access
My Mother has since died, she was 73. My sister was lost in Katerina. i did not notify the mortgage company I just paid the bill every month.
But now I am having trouble paying it mortgage I want to see if i can get in on this government help to redo the loan in any way so I don't lose the house.
I do have a income now it just is not enough to pay the mortgage and cost of living now.
I don't want to go to jail either. I am 60 years old and did not think I was doing any thing wrong. There is no will, But I do have people who know that what I am saying is true
I don't have a death certificate for my sister either.
