I have been transferred out of my living area and it has put me in a financial bind and family bind. It was agreed when I was hired that this would not happen and It is also documented on paper that I was not mobile at the present time. I still was transfered and I was told that I do not have a choice in the matter. I work for Kroger in Texas. I do not understand how this kind of activity can happen.
Can you give me any legal advice on the tranfering of employees out of their local living area without their consent?
Thanks for your help.
