Transitioning from SS Retirement to SSDI

I live in Utah and I just turned 64 and am collecting social security early retirement but just got approved for SSDI. I am 2 years and 2 months from full retirement. What is the procedure for disability reviews and will I just automatically be put back on social security retirement at 66?
