What is the name of your state? VA

Current order has NCP paying for all transportation arrangements because NCP moved from the state during custody proceedings.

Since then NCP has moved to another state and now does not drive to pick up kids but has to catch a plane because of the distance.

CP is planning on moving to an area that is less crowded, cost of living is less but still within proximity of family but it is approx. 1-2 hours away. It will still be in the same state or close to a bordering state.

Would this affect the current order where NCP pays all transportation charges to possibly CP paying for 50% of transportation? Or would it not matter since CP initially moved to 2 different states prior to CP's pending move?

Does your move effect which airport is used?, therefore possibly the price of the ticket? If so, then you could possibly be required to share in the transportation costs. If you would still use the same airport, then you would at least be obligated to get the children to and from the airport.

Also, if you were in town or near the airport, and will now be a 1-2 hour further drive to and from the airport, you may very well end up responsible for the added cost of getting the kids back and forth between airport and your home..
