Question: a State funded college is visiting the ideal that maybe they can provide (paid for by the college) a drunken shuttle bus for college students who wish to go out and drink but choose not to drive. This drunken bus will take them back to their home after they have been drinking. This college is considering a pass of some sort to ride this bus, i.e. token pass or paper pass that identifies the person as a college student and of legal age to drink. What liability does the college take on when providing this service and in the case of any potential liability would the college eliminate all liability in the event they required a consent form and release of liability from any student who wishes to ride this drunken shuttle bus?
