What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA
If an hourly employee travels for business purposes on a non-scheduled workday, what are the rules governing how many hours they should be paid (do the hours count towards OT, etc)?

I'm talking the travel time itself. For example, an employee travels 5 hours on Sunday to go to training in another office on Monday through Thursday.

And that's the question I answered. ANY hours that are determined to be "hours worked" are hours for purposes of determining whether overtime is applicable.
