What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ga. I sold a person a travel trailor on monthly payments. in which in febuary thay owe me a payment. well thay told me thay didn't have the payment for the next couple of months. I tryed to tell them that i would take the trailor back an that they wouldn't owe any thing else. but they don't want to give it back . an i think that thay sold it about a week after i let them have it on payments. the question is if thay sold it ,before thay payed me in full for it ,what can i do, an are their any charges i can bring against them
