What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

I filed I-485 with EAD and I-130 for my wife, we were interviewed and we passed. My sister is going to get married this coming May in the Philippines, so we asked the Consular Officer who interviewed us if my wife can travel this May, the officer said she can ,as long as she has her Green card, which she informed us that my wife will recieve it in 2 weeks. My question is, is there any other form or document that she needs to fill in or pass to USCIS like the I-131, or as long as she has her green card with her she is fine. We will just be staying in the Philippines for 2 weeks, just to attend the wedding.
Thank you in advance for the advice.....

As long as she HAS the green card and her stay is short, she will not need any other document, except for her passport, of course. Enjoy the wedding!
