What is the name of your state? NJ

I'm a green card holder, Russian citizen. Going to Russia for 3 weeks in August, had filed my N-400, have my biometrics scheduled this coming Friday.
I'm sure I've asked this question before, but can I just travel like that, with my green card and Russian passport while my N-400 is pending? My friend stirred up the waters claiming she needed some kind of "advanced parole" to do that?? Shall I go get it or she just doesn't know what she's talking about??
Thank you so much, again. You've been most helpful

No, you do not need any additional documents. Just your Russian Passport and your green card. Just be sure that you can receive mail as far as the invitation to the N-400 interview so that you do not miss that because you are in Russia at the time.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or how I can be of further assistance to you in this matter.
