Help
We had a wind storm this week. My neighbors tree was blown over and hit my car. Causing close to 1500 in damaged. This tree had already been damaged in an ice storm last winter. Is there in hope that my neighbors home owner insurance might pay for the damaged. Also when the tree was removed it was also found to have rotten spots in it.
