What is the name of your state? Missouri

I live in a trailer park and my car and my home were hit by a tree the park owns. I am wondering if the park is responsible for paying damages to my tree and my home.

I meant my car and my home. I do not have full coverage on my car and I do not want to have to file a claim for my home if they are responsible for the damage their tree causes.

Unless they did something to knock the tree over, it was an act of God, and you can't sue Him.
