What is the name of your state? OH

I mentioned our construction issues in a previous post. The newest thing is that they are using our construction site as a storage for 2 large excavation vehicles. Our lawyer sent them a letter on Dec 8 that stated, "We request that you immediately desist from returning to the project site, except to remove any of your company's construction equipment. You have no other authority to enter the project site." Isn't this in violation of our lawyer's orders? Would this be the same even if the equipment belonged to a subcontractor of the builder? We have no evidence, but we think that they have trespassed to remove and return the equipment in the interim.

Yes. Lawyer's orders are worthless.
