Please someone describe tresspassing (into a home) when I knocked, was told to come in & came to pick up teenager for friend who didn't want an encounter with ex-spouse. Spouse's girlfriend beat up my car & I filed small claims for damages. Now I am go to court for tresspassing and they filed a restraining order as well. I am the victim, and my car was damaged yet they are pursing this avenue to justify the cars monetary damages. They've even hired a lawyer...What to do?

Thanks a lot,
Tawny

Do what they did, get a lawyer!:) I beleive for them to actually obtain a restraining order, they have to show that you are a threat to their safety. I would hire an attorney if I were in your shoes. It sounds like a clear case of retaliation.
