I own a mobile home park. I recently had a tenant sale her mobile home. The lease agreement states that the new owner must be approved before moving into the park. The buyer of the mobile home did not receive approval to move into the park. She owns the mobile home and I own the park. She was advised that she would have to move the mobile home out of the park. The buyer was informed, after purchasing the mobile home, that she would not be able to move into the park due to previous problems she caused. The buyer decided that she would not seek approval and moved into the park. Is this tresspassing or is the proper procedure to serve an eviction notice?
