What is the name of your state? oklahoma
When you have a trial if yourlawyer doesn't put you on the stand canthe prosecution call you asawitness to prove something?

The prosecution gets a chance to put you on the stand before your defense attorney does. The fifth amendment allows you to avoid self-incrimination. Talk to your lawyer.
