My wife talked with her lawyer which the lawyer told her that I delayed the divorce because I filed the Answer to the Complaint. The lawyer told her either we do sign Marital Dissolution Agreement and Permanent Parenting Plan or go to the trial.

Since I answered on 15th of Feburary of 2005 to contest on issues, when will the trial be?
