If I do not use my first or last name, refer to my spouse as "the EX" or "The Devil" and blog about my battles of my divorce and custody issues... can I get into trouble with defamation or slander? I would like to post copies of doctor's reports showing my children when they were abused while with my ex, describe the mistakes I made dealing with social services, and tell other men how they should protect their children by following the correct steps. I also would like to post checks my EX forged with a government stamp that states it is penalty of fine, imprisonment, etc and tell people how I was screwed out of anything happening on this also. I would like to post doctor bills that she forged my signature on also explaining to men how to protect themselves. Can any of this get me into trouble since all of this is true and real? But she was never prosecuted... and I dont mind telling the whole world that she was warned each and every time she broke the law. My youngest child will be 18 this Sept and I've been waiting to make copies of all my paperwork for others and to post this evidence. Can I get into trouble for just making copies of any of this paperwork and passing it out? What is the name of your state?

Why on earth would you WANT to put what must be the absolute worst part of your children's lives out there for the world to see? Have you bothered to ask your kids how they feel about this? Just because YOU don't mind "telling the whole world" doesn't mean the kids want the world to know!

I concur. If my mom ever did that to me when I was younger and my parents got divorced I hate her for life.

And quite frankly most people are not going to care and a few might and others would get on the blog and use it to steal information (doctor's bills? Check stubs? good grief. Do you realize how much a criminal could do with the information contained there?)

no more damage than already done

I figure if I can help another parent, especially a father... maybe save him from doing the same mistakes I did, it would be worth it. My kids dont speak to me now as it is because they believe every lie that has come out of their mother's mouth. They deny that they were ever abused even tho I have doctor's reports that prove other wise as well as pictures that show the bruises... but because social services claimed I didn't have enough proof to validate abuse, no one ever said my children were being abused except for me.

I have the checks my ex forged, the bills that she forged, etc... but all the courts gave her a warning each time... I dont care if my children are embarrassed because their mother is a scumbucket. I think fathers and other parents should be warned out there how one sided the court system can be. One day my son is going to grow up, I know he is going to have a crappy marriage because he doesn't know what a *normal* family life is and my daughter is going to grow up and never find a man who will stay with her because she will chase off any decent guy with all the crap she learned from her mother.
