florida. my grandmother, who died over a year ago, left an estate which included a car, a house and the contents of the house. the will stipulated that the estate was to be divided between my grandmother's daughter, who is the executor/personal representative, and me and my 2 sisters (our father, my grandmother's son, passed away many years ago). my aunt wanted to keep the house and the car and contents, and offered to buy us out of our share. we signed all the appropriate papers back in august of last year and waited patiently for the money. months have passed but we have heard nothing from our aunt. we have tried repeatedly to contact her via phone and mail, but she has not responded. the estate has gone through probate and the only thing remaining is for her to send us our money. my question is: what type of lawyer would be the best for me to contact to try and get this situation resolved?

This is not a difficult legal issue -- perhaps just a few letters and phone calls -- and so any lawyer who does Probate work, and most general practice lawyers could handle it.
