What is the name of your state? Indiana

I ran up some credit card debts 7 years ago, they have been turned over for collection and they have a judgement against me for 10's of 1000's of dollars (actual amount is unknown to me).

I want to purchase a vehicle for cash which would then be used to make a living. If I put this vehicle in my name, can my creditors seize it?

If I create a living trust, and register the vehicle in the name of the trust, can the creditors seize it?

Is there any way I can register this vehicle so that the creditors CANNOT seize it?
