i recently purchased a truck designed to pull mobile homes only, was issued a license plate from pennsylvania, i have a class a driver, and i am unable to get the truck insured because my driver although has driven truck most of his life has no mobile home moving experience of atleast 3 years.
the insurance commission is no help, the federal marshal is also no help.
how do we get insurance or experience if they won't insure us
