What is the name of your state? Michigan

How can I be charged with leaving the scene of an accident in a private parking lot when I gave the driver my information and there were no injuries??? How hard will this be to fight in court??

You gave your information , fleeing the scene is hit and immediatly run. If you stopped to give information and no police report was not filed then there is no proof you left. Its really his word against yours but by him having your information prooves you gave it to him and did not flee.
