You know how you see all these informercial on T.V.well last night I see this one it talk of paying these home owner very delinquent property taxes.Now the part I could not beleive was that by paying this property tax a home owner would be in debt to this person at a high intrest rate furthermore if the homeowner did not pay that the payer of the home owner could confiscate the home owners property. Is this true? and if so in all state?
