true property ownership

In Angelina County, Texas I was added to a deed without my knowledge 3 yrs ago. Back taxes are owed. Agelina county's database does not show me as owning property in Texas. I've been asked by the original owner to quit deed/claim back to her, and by a 3rd party to sell. Do I have any ownership without signing and/or notorizing the deed to begin with? Thank you!

Yes, you do have ownership as you do not need to sign the deed in order to be the owner.
