What is the name of your state? California

How would I find out if my daughter's father has a real estate trust for his kids? If there is one how would I go about getting my daughter included in that trust? He is severely in arrears in child support. He sells real estate and does home loans. So he does know some of the ins and outs of protecting his income and assets.
