Wondering if someone can tell me whehter it is a law that states because i was involved in the same accident as my daughter, I can not petition the courts fir appointment of guardian ad Litem? Also, what is it called to have myself and husband as Guadian of the trust and be able to use the interest from the account to purchase school related items for our daughter and never touch the principle for the account?
