I live in Las Vegas, and am one of the benefiaries of the trust. They passed away just over 2 months ago we all have recieved a portion, however not all of us would like to see the books meaning all the funds we are intitled to and what all the bills and payoffs are. However, the trusty refuses to dicuss this. Do we have a right to see bankstatements, bills, and payouts? We have heard there is much more funds then what has been dibursed. What steps can we take now? attorney? court? what will they tell us? And does someone know roughly what the costs would be? thanks.
