I recently purchased some Real Estate from a bankruptcy auction, and received a Trustee's Deed for the purchase. Does this serve as the same purpose as a Deed Of Trust, or am I required to transfer this Trustee's Deed to a normal Deed Of Trust? TIA!

You received a conveyance deed from a trustee in bankruptcy, selling you whatever interest that the seller had to you. A deed of trust is a mortgage.

Your question, then, does not make sense; but the answer is no.
