What is the name of your state? can exaggerated truth be slanderous? Say, its only a partial truth, but not a complete truth and things are added as an opinion to damage the persons reputation. Thanks

Huh?
Either something is the truth or it isn't.

Parts of a statement my be true and some may be false but each point is either true or it isn't.

Opinion, if given as opinion, is not slanderous. Slander is a statement of fact that is false but represented to be true.
