ok-so PBFH posts on another law site that she has court on Oct 22 for increase in support. We are in CA she is in OR-she tried this last summer but got denied because she filed in the wrong court.
From what I understand, she has to serve him with papers 7 days before court and I have a few questions-
I assume she will try to serve him at his work again-she caused a bunch of trouble for him there and he lost his position-NOW he does not work there anymore and has been told by the DA's office here that she does not need his work info-although it does state that in the original divorce agreement-
I don't think she has guts enough, or anyone else who is helping her to come to my house-and she won't be able to find out that he is not working at previous job until she tried to serve him-
what if she can't serve him in person? can it go through the mail?
We will also be filing contempt charges against her (for continually interfering with visitation that is set up through court order) and will be asking for more visitation time in summer (judge told husband in June that he could ask for more time in the future)-
Can this also go through the mail? CA retained jurisdiction of kids, but she may also try and get things moved to OR again-she was also denied that back in June because she filed under change of venue and not jurisdiction. She's not too bright.
She also posted to me that I am trying to take her kids away from her-what a ninny! She just can't stand that my husband has a legal right to see his kids and she has no control over that.
