What is the name of your state? Oregon

My boyfriend and I are planing to get married and his ex has never liked me. We were elementary, Jr high and High school sweethearts. She never liked the fact that we got back together and is keeping his daughter away from him. I have 3 children so I know what visits are all about but I am trying to help him get to a fair meduim with her, let me clarify I am trying to get as much information for him so he can find that fair meduim and she just stated that her daughters home is MT and not anywhere he is. He has a support case in MT and that is where she lives. His daughter wants to come see him so bad but is very affraid to stand up to her mother. She turns 12 in 2 weeks. And she very much wants to come live with us. He wants to go back to court to modify support and visitation. I feel she is punishing there daughter and so does he. Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated my cases are in OR and ID so I don't know much about MT.

1. Then MT is where he will have to innitiate anything

2. her age most likely will not be a factor. The judge could possibly allow her to voice her opinion

3. What he "feels" will have no bearing on the case, it is what he can prove that matters.

The worst that can happen is he files for modification and does not get it.

He will have to go to MT to file anything or get a MT attorney to do it for him. There is not much he can do in Oregon.

Does he have any court ordered visitation now,? and if so and his ex is not allowing it he could file contempt charges against her depending on what his written in his current orders.

My boyfriend has a support case out of Montana and the mother has filed with support for kids now he has a worker in TX and a worker in MT who is trying to collect his support. With both agencys trying to collect it has doubled. We are trying to pay it down.
Okay. Lots of states. I notice he isn't here handling his own business, as somehow seems to be the norm.

Also his daughters mother won't let him see her. We have offered to pay for all the travel but she refuses visitation.
Any court orders? Any specifics?

His daughter who will be 12 the first week of July wants to come see him and not only that wants to live with us.
She hasn't seen him + but wants to live with him + she's 12. = Not bloody likely.

You need to keep everything in the same thread, so close one of them asap.
