What is the name of your state? Oklahoma

My moblie home was forclosed and auctioned off 2 years ago when I lost my renters and was not able to make the mortgage payments. The Mortgage Co called once and offered a settlement of $6,500 (the balance due is $31,000). Sounded like a great offer, but I wasn't able to come up with that amount. They called just a month or so ago and offered me $3,200. I was able to beg and borrow the money within 24hrs. When I called to ask for the mailing address to send the money, I was told my file was removed from the rep I had been talking to and they were going to sue me for the entire balance. The rep advised me there was noting she could do for me now and I should just file bankruptcy. Now I have been served with the suit of $31,000 from the Mortgage Co and have 35 days to petition. I only have $3,200 available, which is enough to file bankruptcy but I'd like to avoid if possible, but if I have to retain a lawyer I won't have anything left to settle with the Mortgage Co. What should I do? What CAN I do?What is the name of your state?
