I'm in the state of Georgia.

I've worked at the same company for almost three years and, finally, I'm getting the heck out. The owner of the company is very rude and does a lot of unethical things.

I am the company bookkeeper and I know about a lot of indiscretions, all that occured prior to me working there. Over about a five year period, the owner and his wife withdrew almost $600,000 from the company without paying a penny of tax on it. They are shown on the balance sheet as "Note Receivable". Our CPA has stressed on multiple occasions that we really need to report it on his W2 or 1099, at least in portions over a several year period. This hasn't happened.

I have made copies of documents that prove my allegations. Can I be sued for making copies and taking them if I need them to prove the law was broken?

Are there any other legal repurcussions that I should be thinking about?
