My daughter is a recovering addict. She is taking an Extended Studies course to finish the 12th grade. She is tutored by two women who also tutor 8 or 10 other recovering addicts at the same time. My daughter relapsed at the beginning of February and was no longer allowed to attend with the other children. I had already paid for tutoring through the month of February and her last day of tutoring was 2/6/01. Even though I've never seen, signed, been given or even told about a refund policy, they are now telling me that they do not refund tutoring money when a child relapses. Can they do this if I was never told about the policy beforehand?
