Can Twitter DM's be subpoenaed in a divorce case in Georgia? I thought they were considered private whereas tweets were considered public. If they can be subpoenaed, would Twitter actually release them or would they consider them private? Would these direct messages even be relevant if alimony wasn't being sought or would they still be relevant in splitting assets?

This poster is also reporting posts he does not like. I thanked Payroll for providing the same answer twice and my post was reported and is currently awaiting moderator approval.

I think it is time Lenny found an attorney in his area to answer questions.
