Houston Texas - on my way to work had a blowout and hit the
concrete barrier head on, police show up. and write me
a ticket for "Unsafe Speed" i told the officer i wasnt speeding
(55mph) and was going even slower due to construction, he
belived me but said i still get a ticket. common! if i was going
even close to 55 in my little Honda CRX! And i hit that wall i
wouldnt be here now! Can prove using crash test pictures
(much slower speeds then 55) my car isn't near as bad. Ticket
isnt much but its the fact of the matter! Plus insurance. Want to
fight!! Should I? whats my chances. any info would be helpfull.
