Udate on intent to increase to 40%

I posted a bored a few weeks about my finance ex trying to get her cs increase to 40% of his income. Well he settled it with the cs worker and his payments are not going to go up. She put in for a court order stating this to be evaluated in no less than 3 years.
Everything backfired on the CP. They know she has been lieing all this time now. She switched jobs a year ago to another job making more money and for the last year she has been telling them she is still at the same job with the same pay and that she had to get a 2nd part time job because her child support was just not enough to help her get by. She also told them she had to start paying her mom to watch the kids. All lies. So cs says she can not have another evaluation until the 3 yrs is up. Now she may lose her medicaid as her secondary insurance if cs lets them know about the job switch and pay increase.

Excellent! It's about time someone saw through the lies in family court. Sounds like she hung herself with her own stupidity and greed.

I am glad to hear that - -I remember the original post asking this question.

I knew she'd never get 40% anyway - -but greed will always make people see things through different colored eyes (usually green) and it is about time lies were "called on" and hopefully nipped.........

Yeah we were happy. The cs worker was not tho.
His ex goes around telling everybody that he is a liar, doesn't take care of his kids and he is so mean to her. That is pretty much the other way around. All her lies are starting to come back to haunt her now tho.
